Look at his stupid hunter face.

Once again, time as eluded us here. Leaving us behind. It’s likely it should just be set to a simple once a week or so schedule, even if there’s the desire to be more regular than that.

Alan Moore, neon fish, electrodes in the brain, horoscopes, and Star Wars are all in here this week. To go with them we have the highest definition televisions, creepypasta, Star Trek, flash smartwatches, trolling on the Xbox, NASA photography, walking on water [or at least at sometime-fluid], dragons and scientists, hallucinogenic games, and the usual humour. So eat up:

Because yesterday she had her leg bitten off by a shark

And we’re back. Not on schedule, because that is something that will never happen, and everybody knows it. Instead we have a smattering of articles from the past few weeks. Breaking Bad and Wonder Woman, productivity and social media, massage and horoscopes, language and mathematics, drugs and card games, televisions and games, sphinxes and salamanders ducksand octopusses, oh my! This one contains almost everything, with a few obvious exceptions …

But first, some Bowie, but not for the usual reasons:

Weeeell, it’s a long story

Let’s get this one out before it’s more than week since the previous. Very few categories this time, books, art, news, internet and technology, and of course the obligatory humour and horoscopes. We’ll run through some takes on Disneys business model, various writers rules for writing, privacy and the Big Gs as well as some satire on the subject, a note on why brand name awareness is important, speculation on new phones, an older article on mafioso coders, books in the palm of your hand, their hovercraft is full of eels, how to quit the big Fb, and advice on taking the best selfies from the best of the best.

So, let’s start with Disneys latest anthropomorphic venture:

And finally a little something more serious:

Nah, let’s put it back

This post has been sitting here for a few days waiting to be published. It’s probably about time for that, right?

Old links are old and scattered amongst their aging remains are lots of art links. There are also bits and pieces about 3d printers, brain scanners, bad breakers, bays of pirates, love poems, the spooky dark web, a cover of a hit, some MMO, science that didn’t and does work, hackers going after your toilets, how violence is good for you, conscious decisions, astral futures, strong characters and at least one honeypot that backfired. Jump in:

You have a body, like Adonis

So there’s quite a few technology and internet articles in here and a larger than normal number of links to movie and television stuff. Two doctors make an appearance – Who and Doctor[ow], the seedier side of the interwebs gets a run down, malware detection for mobiles, everyone’s favourite “WW”, VR making people sick, stupid theives, maps that never happened and maps that correlate the unrelatable, Cookie Monster wants it, advice for artists and role players, warehouses and horoscopes, a song of meat and vegies, the original jpg girl, baking companies going ironic, pictures from space, Bitcoins, bunked scientific theories, getting lucky in your underwear, copyright vigilantism, the return of Omni, cutting up time and some tomfoolery from the AVN Expo, last year. Yeah, I know, it’s late.

Hurry up and jump in:
